As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you received your item.
If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
The period means that you have 30 days from receipt to inform us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to service@sportyfied.com or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without also notifying us.
If you are purchasing as an association, institution, or business, your purchase is not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal of Part of the Purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you may return one or more of them, even if they were bought in one order. Note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you withdraw from only part of your purchase.
Returns
Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You must pay the return shipping yourself, and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transport. Do not use DAO, as they do not deliver to business addresses; please use GLS or PostNord.
If you are returning from Denmark, you have the option to purchase a return label directly from us.
A label costs DKK 49, and we use GLS for returns within Denmark. If you wish to order a return label, please write to us at service@sportyfied.com .
Condition of the Item Upon Return
If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and the way it functions, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount refunded depends on the item’s commercial value, and in some cases, this may mean that only the shipping costs can be refunded.
We recommend returning the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a reduction in the item’s value.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you withdraw your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has decreased in value, we deduct the amount for which you are liable.
If you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us, and you then withdraw your purchase, you will be charged DKK 39 from the amount refunded, which covers the actual shipping costs charged by the carrier. If you want the package sent again, you must also pay any additional shipping costs.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs related to the purchase (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer).
We only refund delivery costs if the entire order is returned.
We return the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account no later than 14 business days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that it has been returned.
When returning the product to Sportyfied, please include a copy of the order confirmation, if possible, to ensure the fastest processing

The following agreements cannot be withdrawn:
Delivery of goods manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalized. This includes products ordered to be printed and/or embroidered with the customer’s own design, which cannot be exchanged or returned.
